Nice done :)

now it works - i got each 30 sec new values from AS. First try to read the AquaSuite.xml file resulte in a File Lock Error - second attempt is fine .. also the debug option runs fine.

Finaly you did it :)

Once again - a big thank you from me, you did a superb support :)

Thank you too!

Your input helped me squash a few bugs I hadn't even seen, even affecting my own setup.  I'm still going to keep working on ways to better avoid the file locks, but at least now its running well enough to update things pretty regularly.

Hi Novax,

Current download is in the second post in this thread.  I found a bug in aqua suite preventing me from adding the features I want for now but I have reported it to the aqua guys and they said it should be fixed in the next release. Until then version 3 will work for now, take a look at the first 2 posts in this thread, I'll keep those up to date.

Thanks!

Hi Novax1,

I'm not sure I'm understanding what you're asking.  The current download is at http://forum.linkdata.se/dlattach/attach.1793/lcdhost-discussion/aquasuitewriter-aquasuite-lcdhost-747.0.html and it should contain the aquasuitewriter.exe  Also make sure your xml output file from AquaSuite starts with "aqua-" and then once you run the aquasuitewriter.exe in the same folder as the XML file, it should process and create a new file with the name and -mod at the end.

Looks like you got it, but as you have seen the XML contains duplicates.  I had not tested this on any setup yet with duplicate names.  You should just need to go into AquaSuite and make sure each Fan has a unique name, see attached.

Novax,

You should just need to set a unique name, and then redo your export.

Look at the attached here and see how my Fans and all other devices have unique names in the export window?  Try going back to your Aquaero XT > Fans and give each one a unique name, even if you just need to number them off.  Then go back to your export, remove the export items and readd them.  You should see them come up with their unique names now and the export should be unique names too.

Hi Novax,

Let me play with the code a bit, and see if I can get it to make each entry unique automatically for this situation.  I'm pretty busy today, so give me about 24 hours and Ill see what I can come up with.

Thanks!
