Hakkers modified EOS
« on: 2014-05-19 13:53:10 »
Basically this is the default EOS layout however modified a lot to my needs and well I decided I just put it here since it might suit your needs as well.

It's made for a single gpu and a quad core cpu with 6 drives however it can be easily modified. as the examples are right there ;)

It uses the magic backgrounds so you can add your own game backgrounds as well some of which are already put in.

You can get it here: direct link (sorry couldn't get it attached since it timeouts at even 2 MB.)
[edit] 20-5-2014: changed basic date & time formatting since it didn't display correctly
20-9-2014: added shadows to hdd info texts and added an Eve Online Gameimage which you can add.

Hey Hakker, I love your layout. I'm new to this whole LCDHost thing, my previous keyboard was an old G15 one. I've managed to muddle through setting up your layout in the LCDHost software for the most part, but I can't seem to get it to display the weather for my city (Brisbane, Australia). I took a screenshot of what it looks like: http://puu.sh/bzDN3/8c636a5135.png, it seems to be stuck on London and I can't seem to make it change no matter what I do. Is there some trick to it? It should just work, shouldn't it?

I'm kinda new to this whole thing. I used LCDSirreal (paid licence) before this, so this is more setup than I am used to. :P

Any help would be very appreciated.

Edit: Hmm, I seem to have fixed it by simply placing "Brisbane" in the box instead of "Brisbane, Australia". I love this layout, Hakker. Very well done.

You're welcome I should probably update the zip since I tweaked a few things.
Done adding it. only the Hakker.xml is updated.

Thanks for sharing this.  I've modded EOS myself, and always like seeing others tweaks.

Just a small change to include GPU-Z readings. TS3 and Music Logic still activated but made no changes to them. This version of LCDHost is fetching GPU-Z temps accurately. Wasn't before, don't know if it was my fault. Subtle TPU logo in the top left :p

Hi everyone,

First of all thanks for sharing this nice layout.

Then I just wanted to contribute my modification for 6 CPU cores for i7-5820k/i7-5930k:
